This webinar will begin by detailing why post-conviction relief is critical for survivors of human trafficking. Then, this webinar will provide attorneys and non-attorneys an overview of when and how to bring a vacatur motion and the best practices for compiling motions and petitions.
2. Best Practices for Working with Survivors of Trafficking in Vacatur Cases

This webinar will unpack what trauma is on various levels and how to recognize common trauma reactions in clients who survived human trafficking. The purpose of this webinar is to give participants the skills on how to best work with and support survivors of trafficking in post-conviction cases.
3. Vacatur and Immigration

This webinar will go through the specific risks and the particular relief that may apply to non-citizen victims of human trafficking. In addition, this webinar will incorporate best practices for representing non-citizen survivors in post-conviction cases.
